What should I bring with me?

We recommend that you travel light, treat it like a day at the beach – Beach wear (best to wear under the clothes you wear to the pier as it is more convenient to change at your Hotel than on the boat), Sun glasses, Sun tan lotion, a hat or a cap, a Hotel or beach towel, camera, cash to pay for the trip.

How many guests will be on the Day trip?

Our speed boat ‘Offspray 1’ is licensed to carry up to 25 people. We as a rule do not take over 17 guests as our aim is to give you a more personalised and enjoyable service. On average our trips have 14 guests per trip .

How long will the day be?

Our Hotel pick ups start at 7.20am in the morning depending at which Hotel you are staying at. We arrive back at the Marina at approximately 4.30pm in the afternoon with Hotel transfer back to your Hotel shortly after this so you will arrive back at your Hotel at approximately 5pm.

Do you cater for Vegetarians and other dietary requirements?

Absolutely! Our gourmet picnic lunch is prepared freshly on the morning of every trip and we will be happy to cater for your dietary requirements. Please let us know before your trip so we can make arrangements.

Are your trips suitable for children?

Yes, the feedback from our guests who have been out on our trips with young children has been very positive. Please do consider booking infants (under 3 years old) on the boat, especially during the Monsoon season (May – October) due to the increased chance of rough seas.

Please note: We do not recommend speed boat tours for women who are pregnant. Please feel free to ask us for more information if you have any questions.

Do we provide snorkeling equipment & life jackets?

Yes. By law we must provide life jackets and we have a whole range of sizes on board from young children's sizes all the way up to xxxl. We also provide good quality masks, snorkels and fins which are included in the day trip price.

Do Phuket-Snokeling.com/Offspray Leisure Co, Ltd have Insurance?

Yes, we have comprehensive insurance with AVIVA. We also hold a current TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) License.

What happens if the weather on the day of the trip is bad?

We watch the weather forecast closely everyday and if the weather is dangerous to take the boat out we will cancel or reschedule. If we cancel, we must stress that the decision to cancel or otherwise is the Captain’s to make. If a rescheduled trip is unsuitable for you, there is no cost to you. If we cancel due to bad weather and we cannot find another date you wish to go on, we will return the deposit to you, via PayPal or by Bank transfer or by cash to you in person.

Booking can be done via this website by filling out the booking form on this page, filling out the enquiry form on the contact us page or by calling our Hotline: +66 (0)81 894 1274.

Please note that sometimes emails sent to other email addresses go astray or are undeliverable. We try hard to answer all emails within 24 hours of receiving them (48 hours max). If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours it is likely that we have not received your email or that we have sent you one back but it is not in your inbox. How do I pay for a trip ?

You can pay the deposit for the trip (50% + Fees) via PAYPAL or Bank Transfer. The balance is to be paid in cash on the morning of departure.
