BY BOOKING ANY TRIP WITH PHUKET SNORKELING OR OFFSPRAY LEISURE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are a difficult affair for both us and prospective Guests. We only take a maximum of 17 Guests on our speed boat and so places are limited. We therefore try to deal with cancellations with a sensible approach. You must be aware that there is a financial implication to cancelling a trip at the last minute as all of our set costs are the same of which many are non-refundable.

If you have paid a deposit for your Day trip or Charter and you cancel 30 days or less before your trip date you will lose your deposit.

If you have not paid a deposit and you cancel your trip after 1pm the day before your Day trip or Charter date or you do not show up on the morning of your Day Trip or Charter then you will have to pay 50% of the Trip price. This can be paid in cash to the Reception of your Hotel and a member of Offspray Leisure’s staff will come to the Hotel to pick up the money.

If you cancel due to sickness and we are unable to place you on another trip, you can go to the doctors and obtain a medical certificate. We can then issue you with a receipt for the money paid to Offspray Leisure/Phuket-Snorkeling, all of which can be claimed back from the majority of holiday insurance providers. If we decide to cancel due to bad weather, we will have done so taking into consideration our Guests’ safety and that of the boat and crew as well as predicted weather forecasts and satellite images taken from weather forecast websites.

We watch the weather forecast closely everyday and if the weather is dangerous to take the boat out we will cancel or reschedule. If we cancel, we must stress that the decision to cancel or otherwise is the Captain’s to make. If a rescheduled trip is unsuitable for you, there is no cost to you. If we cancel due to bad weather and we cannot find another date you wish to go on, we will return the deposit to you, via PayPal or by Bank transfer or by cash to you in person.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Any medical concerns must be explained in advance at the time of booking. Any issues arising from undisclosed medical issues are not the fault of Offspray Leisure and refunds will not be given.
